* All registration fees listed above include 20% VAT.
** For student / resident registration, the registrant is required to provide student / resident ID and/or certificate by uploading on the system.
*** After July 11th, onsite registration fees will be applicable.
Delegate and Student/Resident registrations include access to scientific sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunchs, and certain cultural plans within the conference program. Accompanying person registrations do NOT have access to the scientific sessions but include attendance to certain cultural plans as defined on the conference program.
Only registration accompanied by the full payment will be considered, registration will be confirmed after receiving the payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference are requested to contact the registration secretariat [email protected]
The date of payment is decisive for the Registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird deadline, it will not be considered as early bird if the payment has not been received before the deadline.
Cancellation Policy - Registration:
Cancellation requests must be received in writing by the ICP 2024 Organizing Secretariat (Dekon Congress & Tourism) via e-mail to [email protected].
- Cancellation requests received before or on May 20, 2024 will be processed with a cut of 75,00 € for administrative charges.
- Cancellation requests received on or after May 21, 2024 will not be refunded.
Name changes are possible for the same type of registration in advance (this will not be possible on site).
Please note that refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of ICP 2024, and bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
