- Room reservations will be made through the Organizing Secretariat (Dekon Congress & Tourism).
- Please make your reservations early, bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Above listed accommodation prices are given for a 3-night package stay with c/in on July 15th and c/out on July 18th, inclusive of 2% city accommodation tax, and exclusive of 10% VAT.
- Room reservations will be confirmed only after receiving the full payment by a credit card or bank transfer.
- Hotel check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00. If you would like to check-in before 14:00, please book your room one night prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy - Accommodation:
Cancellations or changes should be received in writing by the ICP 2024 Organizing Secretariat (Dekon Congress & Tourism) via e-mail to [email protected]. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
- Cancellation requests received before or on April 15 , 2024, will be refunded with a one-night rate applied as a penalty
- Cancellation requests received on or after April 16, 2024, will not be refunded.
- In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and the payment will be non-refundable.
Late arrival /Early Departure Fee - If you arrive later or leave earlier than the date of your confirmed booking, the total cost of accommodation will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.
Please note that refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of ICP 2024, and bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
